✜ Project Brief

The project is situated in the Jinjiang Park core, which connects the Sichuan University museum complex to the metro and is the park's main slow-moving region, in the Wuhou neighborhood of Chengdu.

We use the theme of "Sailing" as the primary design concept, drawing inspiration from the local Wangjiang Dock culture. To build the most lightweight bridge possible while yet effortlessly blending into the local landscape and cultural context, we use bamboo in the shape of a white sail to narrate through space.
